Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, in partnership with Renaissance Southend Ltd, are preparing a Development Framework for the Progress Road Industrial Estate. It is intended that the Framework will be developed into a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) as part of the Council’s Local Development Framework to inform the determination of planning applications that may come forward on the Estate. If the Framework is developed into an SPD, there will be further consultation at a later stage.
As part of the evidence gathering, option development and testing process underpinning the Development Framework we organised an event to engage with the local stakeholders and business community to give them an opportunity to contribute.
The exhibition is also available to view at the Renaissance Southend Ltd offices, located at 19 Clifftown Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1AB until Friday 4th July.
