Our proposed Masterplan will give a strategic edge to a focused programme of regeneration, that will build on Gladedale Home’s acclaimed development at the Garrison, prioritise the provision of improved transport links and local employment opportunities and nurture sustainable access to green spaces and the seafront.
Our aim is to provide 1,000 new homes and create 1,500 new jobs.
