We are proposing to put in place a planning framework for the Estate to guide future development. Our proposals will be supported by investment in the public realm to improve access and the market profile of the Estate. New planning guidelines will encourage provision of better quality premises to meet modern occupier and investor requirements.
Proposed major junction improvements at Progress Road and the A127 will also improve access to the Estate as well as reducing traffic congestion on the A127 towards the town centre.
