We are working with Southend-on-Sea Borough Council to secure the early development of a 0.6 ha site held by the Council to set new and improved levels of rent and raise the profile and quality of the Estate.
The proposed size of the employment units is based upon the findings of a Demand Study describing the type and size of unit most preferred by businesses either in the locality or looking for premises.
We anticipate that the redevelopment of the site will provide approximately 3,000 sqm of new employment space, in units ranging from 200 – 500 sqm.
