Programme Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Programme Manager to reinforce our Project Team and take ownership of the delivery programme agreed with our Partners. The role is a challenging one and vital to realising our regeneration objectives. The Company has a strong track record for delivery and the role represents an ideal opportunity to influence and coordinate the delivery of a programme including several large scale physical regeneration projects, and the urban design and town centre improvements outlined in the Central Area Masterplan. The Company’s programme is being undertaken as part of the Government’s Thames Gateway Delivery Plan. Your role will involve working with colleagues and Partners on all stages of project development including planning, site assembly, procurement and delivery. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will liaise frequently with external stakeholders, consultants and contractors, and play a key role in project management, and reporting. You will need to have worked at project manager or programme manager level for a similar organisation, and be qualified to degree level, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
