04 October 2007 - Regeneration Framework Draft - October 2007
Renaissance Southend's Regeneration Framework, a key strategic document setting out how major regeneration projects will be delivered, by whom and to what timescale, has been formally endorsed by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council. The document sets a clear vision and range of objectives to guide the sustainable growth and regeneration of the Borough up to 2021 and beyond.
Renaissance Southend (RSL) significantly revised the first draft of the document following public consultation during July and August this year, and it is this amended version that the Council has endorsed.
The Regeneration Framework will be formally adopted by the RSL Board at the beginning of November 2007, before being published in its final form. Having been recently endorsed by the Council, and in the light of public consultation to date, the document will not be significantly altered between now and November. However, if you would like to make further comments on the document during October, then we would be pleased to receive them.
