In response to the findings of the Regeneration Framework baseline assessment, RSL, in close consultation with the Council, has been leading on the preparation of the Central Area Masterplan for the town centre.
The Masterplan focuses on the renewal and future development of the town centre by focusing in more detail on physical options to meet the employment, housing and leisure needs of its residents, diversifying its cultural and visitor offer and encouraging the use of improved public transport.
